At Seager Co., we stand by the quality of our gear and offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unwashed condition. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your haul, whether you are out on the ranch or in the city.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship Item Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
